ImpactRoot works to put local actors at the centre of humanitarian and development action. We do this through three pillars: strengthening the capacity of local organisations to lead, advising donors and institutions on what national ownership requires in practice, and convening the connections, from funder to frontline and from country to country, that make localisation real rather than aspirational.
