Work with ImpactRoot

We work with a roster of experienced advisers who help us shape and deliver work that puts local and national actors in the lead.

Our first roster call closed on 31 October 2026. Thank you to everyone who applied. We are in touch with every applicant and will share news of our roster soon.

We expect to open a new call for the roster in 2027.

How our roster works

Advisors, not contractors. Our advisors help shape projects from the start, before funding is secured, rather than being brought in only to deliver.

Core roster and wider pool. A small core advisors lead in each area of our work, supported by a wider pool of specialists we draw on as assignments require.

Quality over volume. We take on a small number of projects and follow them through. Work is offered as it comes, with no guaranteed days.
